Getting started

Welcome. This page walks you through the first setup path: creating your account, starting the 7-day trial, downloading TrackeyAI for Windows, and connecting governed execution.

Create your account

Choose Start 7-day trial from the website and continue through Auth0. Auth0 handles sign-in identity. TrackeyAI remains responsible for product access, entitlement, and governed execution state.

After sign-in, complete Stripe Checkout to begin the 7-day trial. Stripe handles billing and payment details; TrackeyAI remains the authority for whether the account can use the product.

Download TrackeyAI for Windows

After your account is active, open Downloads from your account area and download the Windows installer.

The current installer is:

  • TrackeyAI-Setup-1.0.0-win-x64.exe
  • SHA-256: 0B6C0B2BE89D1610DCF5CFF4691FB3EFB85E8A513C902A5125D591FC8F6BEBBF

Keep the installer from the TrackeyAI dashboard or the official TrackeyAI download URL. Do not use stale local copies unless their hash matches the published release.

Connect governed execution

Install TrackeyAI Desktop and complete the connection flow from the account dashboard. TrackeyAI Desktop owns the local installation identity and connects the local machine to governed execution.

The normal authority chain is:

  1. Auth0 identifies the user.
  2. Stripe provides billing evidence.
  3. TrackeyAI decides product entitlement.
  4. TrackeyAI Desktop binds the local installation.
  5. The MCP gateway allows governed remote operation only when identity, scope, entitlement, and device authority are valid.

What to do next

Open the account dashboard and confirm:

  • Your account is signed in.
  • Your trial or subscription state is active.
  • The Windows installer is available from Downloads.
  • TrackeyAI Desktop is installed on the intended machine.
  • Governed execution fails closed if authority is missing.
