1. Trackey
Trackey provides governed-execution, evidence, account, and related software services described on this site.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, credentials, authorized users, and content. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use Trackey unlawfully.
3. Trial and subscriptions
Eligible new accounts receive a 7-day trial. Continued access is offered at $9.99 per month or $97 per year. Stripe processes payments; Trackey remains the authority for entitlement. You may manage or cancel billing through the available billing controls.
4. Availability and changes
We may update or change the service as it evolves. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
