1. Information we process
Trackey processes account and identity information supplied through Auth0, organization and workspace information, product settings, governed-run and evidence data you create, and billing-state references needed to operate your subscription.
2. Payments
Stripe processes payment-card information. Trackey receives billing and subscription evidence needed to determine product access, but does not use a browser redirect or card data as product authority.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate Trackey, maintain governed execution and evidence, provide customer support, secure the service, and administer subscriptions. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
4. Service providers
We use service providers for identity, payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, and email where applicable. Those providers process information according to their own terms and our service relationship with them.
